New Years Holiday Shipping Schedule

UPS does not pick up or move packages on both December 31 and January 1, so will not be shipping on these 2 days. Orders placed after 8 am PT on 12/30 will ship 1/2. Also, any orders in transit with UPS during this time will take 2 extra business days to reach their destination.

Priority Mail Special Shipping Method

Starting this afternoon we are offering a new shipping method called "Priority Mail Special".  This is Priority Mail at a reduced cost.  Priority Mail typically has a time in transit of 2 to 3 business days, even across country, although delivery dates are not guaranteed, particularly at this time of year. It can be a much better expedited alternative than expensive UPS expedited shipping methods.

Customers who wish to take advantage of this shipping method must choose "Priority Mail Special" at checkout.

Shipping Time & Holiday Season

We know at this time of year that customers become concerned with when they will receive their order. ships fast, as virtually every order ships the same business day if it received before 8 am Pacific Time. Otherwise it ships the next business day.

However, the time in transit for orders once they leave our warehouse varies significantly depending upon the destination. We ship from Northern California near San Jose & San Francisco, so the time in transit can be a week to locations east of the Mississippi River. Within California it is typically a day or two.  Priority Mail can be as little as two to three business days even across country; however in December the carriers offer no guarantees for delivery dates due to heavier than usual volume and potential winter storms.

Each item on our web site has a clickable "Estimated Deliver Date" field where you can estimate the date of delivery. The bottom line is that orders placed before 8 am Pacific Time on December 16 should be delivered by December 23, but there are no guarantees.

More Information on Diffuser Oils carries several brands of reed diffuser oils, the most popular being K Hall Designs, Woodwick Candle and Greenleaf Gifts. These are all available on our site at Reed Diffusers & Oils.  Basically these are scented oils to be used with any reed diffuser.

We also carry Greenleaf Aroma Decor Oils at Greenleaf Aroma Decor Oils.  These oils are different and at times we have had customers order these in error.  These oils are alcohol based and flammable and are to be used only with Greenleaf Aroma Decor Diffusers or other brands of catalytic fragrance lamps that are lit with a flame.  These oils will not work with reed diffusers and the reed diffuser oils will not work with catalytic fragrance lamps..
